Welcome to my portfolio! I'm a Product Design Lead and User Researcher with a background in psychology, specialising in complex, high stakes services across the public sector, housing industry and financial sector. I work across the full design process, from research and discovery through to design and delivery, with a particular focus on accessibility and making services work for people who find them hardest to use.
